Late 40’s with wife of 24 years and two girls. I have always loved real estate and cars. Grew up helping my Dad build homes/cars for profit as a teenager/adult and just enjoy the process. Built my personal “forever home” on a Lake in East Texas which I unfortunately had to sell 10 years later to move back to the N. Dallas area to help family. I’m that guy that fixes everything in the home himself from complete kitchen remodels to swapping out a HVAC units. So I’m comfortable on what it takes to build and maintain a home and plan to use that experience in buy and hold properties. Experience: Have built several homes in my lifetime most to live in and some for profits. Have personally remodeled every room in a house at least once. Bought and sold a few properties but nothing on a grand scale. Real Estate Goals: To purchase “buy and hold” properties to replace my current income. Currently Seeking: SFR and MFR that meet the 1-2% and 50% rules.
