New to Real Estate
I am new to real estate, I am in the education phase at the moment. I am interested in buy and hold investing but to do so I will start off doing wholesaling to build capital to then use to fund my buy and hold investments. I am currently living in New York but will be moving to Atl at the end of the year September 2020. while I am here in New York I will start doing wholesaling to get the experience and build capital. Any experience WHOLESALERS, BUY AND HOLD INVESTORS LIKE TO OFFER SOME ADVICE OVER A BITE TO EAT(ON ME) PLEASE MESSAGE ME.
