I am a wholesaler in Philadelphia. I am also a licensed agent (although I never work as an agent). I got involved in real estate in the beginning of 2010 and have not looked back since. I have completed ovet 400 assignment transactions . My business has really take off the past couple of years. I love real estate because there are so many different ways to make money in the business and I may have started at the bottom but I will end up at the top. Hope to see you there!!!!
