Today I'm a licensed Realtor in Fresno, Tulare and Kings Counties. I buy and sell property as a realtor and I'm also a landlord with a portfolio of properties in Fresno, Tulare, Visalia, Hanford and a few other places. I personally own and manage properties that I have acquired from thinking and acting. I grew up struggling through school but made it through college by showing up and got a degree in Business. Out of college I spent 7 years as a manager for a nationwide civil contractor. Background is mostly finance, accounting, budgeting and most importantly in a public company... SOX. When you see adults with families get let go in a downturn it will wake you up and put it into high gear to be financially free.
