My wife and I are both real estate agents with EXP Realty. I joined her in the business after retiring as a Major with the Raleigh Police Department. I have done one flip, and purchased a new build in foreclosure and finished it myself. We have now invested in our first STR. I am a member of 3 MLS systems in NC so I have a wide reach in finding you the right property whether for personal use or investment. I can also help you with information on the market here in the Triangle.
