I initially got my license in order to pull comps for investments and completed one flip then my real estate business kind of took over and I've been focusing on that ever since. Although I'm doing that full time, I haven't given up on the investment side and am always attending different RE investment workshops to further my knowledge. While I love helping my retail customers sell and buy, I prefer working with investors because there is no emotion involved and deals move along much faster. I also started an odor removal company in 2020 and it's been very popular among realtors and investors to get them better offers on their properties! The future is looking BRIGHT!
