About myself
just joined the site as a possible future real estate investor. I have been doing construction work and some rehab . Don t know yet when I will start my real estate business yet but I hope to sooner then later. I live in charlotte NC and do work in Charlotte , Statesville , Columbia SC , and depending on project I travel also. So if you are interested in rehab let me know and will be glad to help. I have a crew of 3 guys . I have good deals on unfinished wood floor 3-4 '' wide (turn key) . I also refinish wood floors.
