I'm an information technology specialist with an emphasis and knowledge of real estate. After spending several years in system administration, information technology, and knowledge security, I've brought my expertise to the real estate field. I have a unique perspective on real estate, taking an info-centric approach to every aspect of the field. With a special emphasis on finances and numbers, I do my best to separate the business of real estate with the emotions in the business and the properties that can plague many investors. Instead of worrying about the "feel" of a property that many early investors talk about, I work from an analysis of debt service ratios, capitalization rates, and internal rates of return. The utilization of existing accounting tools and formulas allows me to make quick decisions and offers on properties based on the numbers, removing one of the most difficult parts of reaching a successful deal in a fast-paced market. Currently, I'm involved in starting a new residential brokerage. With a focus on digitalization, we are reducing desk costs and returning these costs to the agents. With integration in our systems, we can provide a better experience to our agents in the field and their clients.
