I'm a business owner in a niche market with an unknown lifespan who started looking for additional income streams a few years ago. I wish I had found BiggerPockets earlier - it keeps me motivated. Experience: Currently own a couple commercial buildings, a few mixed use properties, a few single family homes and a couple multi unit buildings...but always looking. Real Estate Goals: I want to continue to add to our portfolio and hope to close more properties each year. Developed a mixed use property in Brewer and looking to develop multi units on a property I purchased in Bangor - lots to learn between now and then.
