I am a mompreneur who is very interested in using real estate as a vehicle to financial freedom. I am very open and willing to learn and connect with anyone new or experienced in the Chicagoland area and neighboring Midwest states. I am a currently landlord of a small multifamily and looking to acquire more units. I am actively searching for and building a team of other professionals in this field who are investor friendly and open to creative financing strategies. I’m looking for small to medium (5-100) commercial multifamily units to invest in or syndicate. Looking for a local mentor who doesn’t mind walking me all the way through a good deal and willing to split profit as compensation.
