Fong Lee

Hello, my name is Fong. I live in Saint Paul, MN. I know about real estate investing since 2011 but I never really jumped in until 2020 with my first house hack duplex. I currently live in the bottom and my top tenant pays for part of my mortgage. The original plan was to keep investing and move out after 1 year of tenancy here but I ended up staying here for the last 4 years. I have have realigned my goals and determine to make a come back and finish what I promised to do. It would be nice to get some guidance on hitting bigger targets than what I initially planned for.
