I am a 15 year Navy veteran, still Active Duty, who has meddled with real estate investing for several years, investing in a couple self-start programs and books but always let my career get in the way. I have Flipped two SFH in 2008 while stationed in DC. I am near retirement and want to increase my experience and knowledge so i can do this part time now and full time when I retire.
