I have been writing mortgages for investors for nearly ten years. Additionally, I am a preferred lender for the largest private home builder in S. Nevada. I also have a wholesale residential (soon to include multi and commercial) real estate business. Experience: The bulk of my r.e. experience comes on the banking side of things. Naturally, and by working with the best investors and Realtors, I've acquired quite a bit of experience in this realm. Real Estate Goals: To acquire and/or control residential units at wholesale prices. Currently Seeking: 1-4 unit resi properties at wholesale margins.
