After investing in Real Estate with flips and a couple rental homes, I attended the first BP Summit in Denver. There I was told by some folks to get my license. I became a residential agent and had success building my team at a brokerage. Now I have opened my own real estate brokerage that is full service for investors. We offer normal buying and selling, but also have property management. We own a remodeling company as well.
