I got started in real estate at the age of 10 accompanying my grandmother to Robert Allen and Russ Whitney weekend seminars. She paid me a nickel for every envelope I hand wrote, stuffed, and stamped. Through college and until now, I've been a carpenter, accountant, professional poker player, and now full time real estate investor.
