I am a young mother of two and just fascinated by Real Estate. After hanging out here on Bigger Pockets and reading, learning, and connecting with others, I just know I want to get into Multi-family investing. I find it amazing that the detailed due diligence process can be done once for a multi-unit property. That's like getting two for the price of one at the store!
