We are new to real estate investing. We have been thru some extensive training and now in the process of setting up our team. We are in need of a CPA who has experience in real estate investing as soon as possible. We are located in Sacramento CA. We are starting the process of setting up our business as a corporation. We are looking for any help that can be provided on information on funding sources as well as interested investors (buyers) to work with to wholesale to. Our goal is to rehab and flip houses.
