Francisco Rivera

I am originally from Connecticut and currently reside in Tampa FL. I am married and have had the pleasure to be the father of 3 girls and I have my first boy on the way. I am new to real estate and I am currently self-educating through books, youtube, and webinars. I currently work for a property management company who manages multifamilies throughout the southeast, it is in this position that I realized real estate is where I should have been focusing my energy on for years. My long term goal in real estate is, buy and hold, I am interested in single and small multifamily properties. I recently was informed of wholesaling and I am really interested in that strategy to gain the capital to finance my long term goal. Overall I want to eventually have my hands in all areas of real estate including property management. My main area of focus for investing is FL until I am more seasoned and will love to invest in other markets. Being Puerto Rican I am keeping an eye on Puerto Rico for possible investment opportunities.
