Married with 2 beautiful kids and working in the IT business for a large oil & gas corporation (for over 30 years now). We own 3 newly built properties (duplex, triplex, and quadruplex). All located in the greater San Antonio area (New Braunfels, Converse, and Selma). Our goal is to generate good cash-flow on new properties (aside from good value appreciation on these assets).
