I'm currently a small business owner (Digital Marketing). I live in Lancaster at the moment and I'm looking to acquire three properties within the next 24 months; a beach house (preferably near Malibu), a 4-plex, and a 10 unit apartment building. The latter could be anywhere where the numbers work.
