I have been married to my beautiful wife, Connie, since 1990. We own and operate a carpet cleaning business since 1988. In retrospect, we have had many opportunities to buy distressed properties, and have known many motivated sellers, but didn't have the foresight since we are so involved in our cleaning business. We plan to open our investment company as soon as we get our financing in order.
