Frank Calderaro

My wife and I joined BP in May 2021. Our current strategy is STR/MTR for cash flow. We are looking to start with a first purchase here in Colorado. We moved to Colorado from California in 2013. Our REI experience: we had three out of state (Atlanta area) SFR rentals back in 2008 - 2010. Finding BP’s had been a great encouragement to get back in the game with better knowledge and aligned goals. Professionally, my wife is an elementary school teacher and I am focused on building an REI company and a community of entrepreneurs in the real estate industry to compound our efforts in building our individual businesses. I’d like to get together and see if we could push each other forward.
