I work in television as my daily job. I bought my first property in Texas in 2015 and sold it via "lease to own" (something I regret now) with guidance from my uncle. In 2017, I bought my main residency in Los Angeles and immediately rented out 4 of the 5 rooms, leaving me with the small mortgage leftover. My and my brother bought the next door house in 2024
