Frankie Torres

I am a new Investor currently working on my Real Estate License, while seeking fix and flips and long term buy and holds in the Tampa, Orlando, and Port Saint Lucie area. My criteria is 1-4 unit properties in C/B+ areas, at least 1000 square feet, crime rate below the national average, median income of $35,000 or greater, population growth to exceed national average, less than 15.5% of the population to be under the poverty level. I aspire to scale up to commercial properties and 5-24 unit apartments, after I successfully acquire 5 rental properties. Currently, my favorite book besides Rich Dad Poor Dad, is Long Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene. My other passions are to play shred guitar and epic cinematic metal, spend quality time with my wife, play with my dogs, and travel to new places. Im a friendly person, and pride my self in being an introvert. I am looking forward to meeting as many people as I can through BiggerPockets. Cheers ! -Frankie
