Hello BP Nation! Glad to be a part of such a welcoming and helpful group of investors. After 20 yrs as a retail professional, I decided to call it quits and build a business with and for my family. That's of course where RE comes into play. I've always known that RE is great way to secure wealth but never took the steps. Thanks to BP, the network of connections I'm building, the knowledge i'm obtaining, I am able the action steps necessary to reach that my goal. Currently I am learning AND earning as an acquisitions specialist for a residential real estate company - fancy name for 'buyer' lol. I'm gaining a ton of valuable experience working side by side with my mentor and now have several flips and wholesales under my belt. Put me on your buyers list. We are looking for SF homes to flip or hold and small-med multifamily (2-50 units) Kitsap, Pierce, Thurston, Snoho, Mason Counties. We are not scared of Manus either.
