About myself
New real estate investor from Los Angeles, California. Have a full time day job but I have always been interested in everything business so got my MBA 2017. I have been a long time stock investor but I am now trying to make a transition into real estate for cash flow purposes. My strategy is SFH Flips and buy and hold Multi Family Apartments. Mostly out of state given the ridiculously expansive real estate market in California. Ultimately, shooting >100 property portfolio within 10 years. Looking forward to establishing long term relationships with many of you!
