My goal is to acquire my first buy and hold property, ideally using the BRRRR strategy. I am looking to connect with other like minded people in the DC Metro area and beyond. I am starting my focus on the Richmond, VA area for my first investment property, interested in buy & hold properties. I am willing to bring to the table: sweat equity, possible financing depending on the price, knowledge of the Northern Virginia market, connections with a contractor that can help evaluate costs, the extent of work needed and realistic timelines for any work that may need to be done, and access to the MLS as I am also an agent. I am looking to connect with others in the area for possible partnerships and any local wholesalers that might have some deals in their pipeline. I am very interested in being more social and talking to more people here and in the real world about contracts, scripts, techniques and insight on investing in general.
