I am a RE agent with HomeSmart in Washington State. I'm also a rehabber. My short term goals are to help investors find solid properties and to expand my rehabbing company to 10 deals a year. My long term goals are to leverage the rehab properties into long-term buy and hold properties and to generate at least $25,000 a month in passive income.
