I am here learning how to leave my full-time job and invest in my future! Experience: I just refinanced my home for a cash out option. I am new to Real Estate Investing! Real Estate Goals: I hope to obtain enough cash-flowing properties to pay off my debt and become financially-free; to travel; and to invest in RE in other countries! If I invested in other countries it would be for the opportunity to find a third world country, employ locals, and provide a vacation spot (ocean). At my vacation spot I would want to offer relaxation, exercise, water sports, and healing. These are my long-term goals in Real Estate. I want to build the machine that can operate without my every day attention. This will enable me to pursue spiritual and healing goals. Currently Seeking: Networking with the gurus and professionals that can help me succeed. I feel like I need mentoring, coaching, and planning help. I need a CPA first so I can set up my business and know what to do and what not to do.
