David Borden

I was born in Michigan and raised in Colorado. I come from a real estate family. My parents did real estate and property management. After a 10 year stint in the Army I returned to Colorado Springs and joined my mom's property management company. While working with my mom I founded RentClicks.com, which is now Rentals.com. We helped property managers and real estate investors rent their properties quickly. I sold that business RentPath in 2006. Since then I have founded additional businesses in the rental software industry. I am a founder of Kohva, a company that owns Property Manager Websites, RentScreener.com, FreeRentalSite.com, and most recently RentVine.com. We have been helping property managers and investors make more money with their real estate investments for more than 16 years. We specialize in rental software. I am joining Bigger Pockets to help investors navigate the rental process, and to help spread the word about RentVine. RentVine.com brings professional level property management software to the small investor.
