My family has been in Real Estate for generations and at the age of 10 I was working along side my father helping with his properties, I was hooked immediately. Coming out of high school my father got me a portfolio of 8 properties and handed the reins to me. I took that portfolio and grew it to 35 rental units. I held on to them for a couple of years and eventually sold them. I've moved on to doing other things such as flips, wholesaling, taking over pre-foreclosure properties, and lease option properties. I've also started my own property management and tenant placement company. Now I'm moving into more commercial property such as apartment buildings as that seemed the next logical step.
