I am from the Tulsa area originally, graduated from the University of Tulsa, and now call Owasso home. Love my wife and 5 kids more than anything. Love anything outdoors! And I love buying houses! Experience: My experience in real estate goes back to 2004 when I started as a general contractor for residential new construction projects. I did this as a hobby for a few years. I have quite a bit of hands-on experience with renovations and new construction and some second-hand experience with rentals and other real-estate interests. I started my real estate investing efforts in 2015 in the Tulsa area and have established systems to handle marketing, sales, offers, etc. I am experienced in marketing, lead management, CRM, creative finance, closing deals, flood zones (learned the hard way), rehab project management, rentals, and negotiations. Real Estate Goals: I am interested in having FUN in the real estate space. For me, that means learning, networking, getting my hands dirty, and helping people accomplish their goals. I'm an active investor in the Tulsa area. I am purchasing for buy-and-hold properties to help fund my children's educations in the future, and also flipping houses if the numbers make sense. I'm also very active with self-directed retirement accounts on the lending side. I'm still building a private lending network and growing my own skills while helping out those around me! Currently Seeking: I'm seeking a strong network, great deals on local real estate, and any business partners that have an interest in creative success. I'm looking for BIGGER deals in 2020 and beyond!
