Hi All So me and my fiancé have decided to get into real estate management/property development. I have done IT for several years, but always have been fascinated by construction, architecture, and lastly...making money. I figured, what's the best way of doing all of that? Real estate investing, property management! Also, I watch alot of HGTV. I'm open to suggestions, advice, tips, and meetings over coffee to discuss how to get into real estate, and be successful at it.
