Beau Eckstein, Real Estate Investor, CRE debt & Equity placement, and Construction Financing Specialist. President & Founder of Emerge Lending and Thrive REIA. I have a diverse real estate background covering real estate sales, residential mortgage lending, commercial finance, construction financing, and private money lending. I have been active in the real estate space for 20 years. I’ve been a member of Bigger Pockets for about two years now. I am an active investor and I love working with like-minded investors, architects, builders, and other real estate professionals. I work with buy and hold investors as well as fix and flips/rehabbers. One of my favorite aspects of this business is building a solid team with one vision and one goal. Currently, I am president of Emerge Lending, a business I created to help real estate investors get the best financing the industry has to offer, along with sound investment advice from actual real estate investors. Additionally, I am the founder of Thrive REIA, a group I made specifically to teach all aspects of the real estate industry to budding and seasoned real estate investors. I run several Meetups in the San Francisco Bay Area and Las Vegas, Nevada, bringing borrowers, lenders, agents, and other real estate pros together. I love connecting people!
