Well I previously owned a mortgage company, got into flipping REO's when that was possible, before Taylor Beene and Whittaker were taken over by the FEDS, and then it was the fun days of flipping short sales before BofA's Equator system..lol. We have done many FixN Flips in Los Angeles County, have done the wholesale business which is a great way to make money, without much money out of your pocket. My recent real estate endeavor is helping organize/ create a real estate syndication for investors to make higher returns on their money, while expanding our fix n flip business to a larger scale, and get into large apartment complex's.
