I'm a full time school teacher who is looking to retire early. Experience: I have 3 rentals and 1 flip(more of a flop). Real Estate Goals: I will build my rental portfolio to 10 units in the next 5 years and avg 2 flips for the next 10 years. Currently Seeking: As many contacts as I can that will help build my business and in return pass my knowledge on to those that can use it. My interested locations of investment are Delaware, south eastern PA and the triad area of NC.
