My husband and I owned a talent agency for 20 years - sold it about 6 years ago. I've gone on to a "normal [aka boring] job" that keeps a steady paycheck and insurance. My son recently became a real estate agent and was invited to a seminar about flipping houses which I attended with him. It got me thinking about the wasted time I have that could be put into creating a little more income both immediate and passive. I am open to learning. I found this forum in my new quest for knowledge.
