Gabe Goudreau

Hello everyone, I’m a real estate development associate based in Lansing, MI. I work on acquisitions and new construction projects, with experience in financial modeling, proformas, and deal analyses, as well as LIHTC projects, zoning/entitlement reviews, and market studies. Outside of my day-to-day role, I run a side business building custom financial models for real estate investors, primarily in the small multifamily space. My specialty is creating dynamic, user-friendly tools that let investors quickly test assumptions and see returns update automatically. My short-term focus is growing this business, continuing to underwrite and analyze multifamily opportunities, and diving into my personal investments. Long-term, I’m working toward becoming a real estate entrepreneur and developer, with goals to build and acquire multifamily and industrial projects.
