I've been involved in real estate in one way or another since the late 90's. About 6 years ago, I almost walked away from real estate and was trying to sell my last rental property. I had let it sit vacant for over a year because I simply had become tired of managing it. The agent I was working with suggested that instead of selling it, I talk to a friend of hers that might be interested in managing it for me. He agreed to manage it & that small step started both of us on a whole new path. I began buying more properties since management was no longer a headache & he started a property management company that now manages over 200 properties. Currently I work as a Realtor for that property management company.
