Hey BP Community! My name is Gabe Stabile. I moved to Wilmington, NC in 2017 with my wife. We have one insanely energetic 3 year old and a baby girl due in July. We currently live in the downtown area of Wilmington within walking distance of The Cargo District. We're working towards buying our first investment property. Ideally we're wanting to secure properties that will require rehabs in hopes of holding for LTR's. We have a private money partner who will finance our deals as my wife and I manage the rehabs and property management (for now). Currently, my wife and I are both full time employees.
