Gabrion Kisler

October 2016 I am currently an active duty naval officer stationed in San Diego. I enlisted in 1998, and was selected for the navy’s officer program in 2003. I attended Oregon State University, received my officer commission in December 2006 and was sent to flight school. Graduating as helicopter pilot in 2009, I went on to fly MH-53E’s. During that time I flew missions in Haiti following the devastating earthquake in 2010, and extended deployments to the Middle East. In 2013 I was transferred back to flight school as a helicopter flight instructor. During that tour I met a friend who got me interested in real estate and introduced me to Bigger Pockets, I talked him into getting his MBA through the University of Florida with me. I believe I got the better deal. I am currently on my last tour and scheduled to retire in April 2018. My wife and I currently own a house in Bend, Oregon we intend to occupy once I retire. She is a nurse currently working on her advanced nursing degree. We bought the rights to, and intend to open a Meineke Car Care Center while simultaneously trying to expand our real estate portfolio. We have an eleven month old son and our second child due in May.
