I am a bit more than a "Real Estate Agent." I began cleaning rentals and fixing houses for my dad and uncle when I was a teenager. I bought my 1st house in 1979. Licensed since March 1984, I was a traditional MLS agent for 7 years and started accumulating rentals for my own portfolio. I took a side job for NASA for 26 years and continued my fix and flip, buy and hold gig until the Shuttle Program ended and I retired. When I found out about buying mortgage notes for cash flow, I was hooked! Now I help investors get greater than average returns, create seller financed notes, work with IRA investors and others that want to another investment opportunity! It's an awesome way to help everyone!
