Landlord for few years. Own and manage my own properties. Located in NJ. Looking to invest in multiple family, other commercial properties, I am well prepared and studied well this subject, but looking for way to cash out by selling or refi. My equities to use it in purchasing large properties it is definitely the right time for low priced assets, but financing is not as easy as it should. I am looking for help in area of cashing out my equity, also I am looking a partner to be on ground where my investment will be, I am locate in NJ. I am looking for partners in GA, TX, FL, or any emerging market but not north east region. I am looking for deals that have upside, it could be upside due to low rent, low occupancy, need light renovation, minor upgrades, below replacement cost, also looking for seller finance part or all equity( but not necessary)' low interest assumable loan. I buy and sell underperformed notes and looking for buyers/investors, cash investors to close in 30 days or less.
