I am a CA based real estate investor. Have not purchased a property yet but am looking for a turnkey provider in the Midwest to begin building the portfolio. Household income: 2020 - $150k / 2021 - $225k / 2022 Projected - $350k (YTD as of 4/16/2022 - $200k) Bad Debt: $0 Credit Score: 775+ Current Cash Available to Invest: $90kish (Ability to build cash reserves by ~$40k quarterly...plan is to invest solely in rentals) Looking for: High cash flow, Midwest, Landlord Friendly, Turnkey, Single Family or MultiFamily- Ideally 8% - 10% cash on cash return after Management Fees, Depreciation and Maintenance (of course open to new strategies/expectations) Please let me know if you are interested in connecting or have any introductions or suggestions for me.
