My name is Garison Clemens, I am the Principal of Clemens Capital. We currently focus on syndication's to acquire 150+ unit, Class B/C value add multifamily assets in the Southeastern US, and Texas. This company is currently based out of Orlando, FL. We at Clemens Capital are focused on of course returning exponential profits to our investors, but also helping the community through various foundations and charities, adding value on a daily basis. My goal for life and Clemens Capital, is to donate $100 million dollars a year in cash flow to make the most everlasting difference in the world, helping add value to the lives of children and families in dire need.
