Originally from the midwest (Ohio), I moved to SoCal in 1986. I work in the digital media/adtech industry, with plans to transition into real estate investing full time, to fund the financial independence that we all seek. My wife and I love to travel, surf, snowboard and spend time with family/friends, and develop an REI portfolio, and eventually assist others to to the same. Interested in investing in Cincinnati, Dayton OH and surrounding areas Experience: I purchased my primary residence 14 years ago in a beach city of Los Angeles, where I also have a small studio rental unit. In Jan '18, purchased my first BRRRR property in Ohio...and already getting anxious to get another one going. Real Estate Goals: Primary objective is education, developing a trusted network and building portfolio of rental properties, creating passive income and modest appreciation in upcoming smaller markets. Have been impressed by the BP community of REI professionals and hope to transition career into investing and helping others achieve their goals. Currently Seeking: As I'm still new to BP and to real estate investing, I'm looking to connect with fellow REI experts (and somewhat newbie like me) for advice, insights, referrals, opportunities. My hope is to develop trusting network of REI professionals within the BP community, and within the local markets I'm hoping to invest.
