Hey! I’m Garret 👋 based out of Southern California with my wife and our 4 kids. I came from the fitness industry. Built and grew my business to 6 figures for over a decade, then realized a few things. 1. My kids weren’t going to take over the business, so it would’ve ended with me. 2. If I stepped away for too long, business would go backwards and I’d have to work even harder to turn things around. Eventually I got burnt out because that wasn’t the kind of freedom I was after. That led me to real estate, specifically investing in multifamily. Today I run a multifamily syndication company with a couple partners. Together, our team has experience across more than $180M in multifamily assets, over 2000 apartment units, and more than 45 years combined industry experience.
