Garrett Blanchard

My name is Garrett. I was raised in Rutland, Vt and currently reside there with my family. I work a full time job in automotive parts sales and enjoy my job very much. I enjoy spending time with my family, cars, the outdoors and buying and selling anything I know I can make a profit from and try not to invest in what I don't know. Experience: I currently have 10 doors and a short term rental cabin on 50 acres that currently only rents May-Oct. Real Estate Goals: I know the sky is the limit in life. It is what we make it. I look forward to investing in real estate and would like to have 40 or more units in the next 5 years. I do not want to be a "slum lord." I want to have good respectable tenants that I don't have to worry about not paying rent and I can work with to keep the units nice. Currently Seeking: I make a decent living, but would like to learn how to purchase units with little to no money down and grow my portfolio as quick as I can right on the edge.
