I started in real estate investing in 2018 when we bought our first house at about 50% ARV turnkey. We have since flipped, purchased multiple buy and hold properties, and started our BRRR journey. We also run a 6th generation cattle and hay ranch in Eastern Colorado and have a small Antique resale business. B/K Antiques LLC. We are well established in our small community and hope to use the RE investments to be able to further grow our ranch.
