Hey, My name is Garrett! I'm active duty Air Force by day and investor...well all the time! I've been actively educating myself in real estate, investing and the growth mindset since I was 17 years old and I can't ever get enough of it. Experience: I'm an entrepreneur by heart: from selling hand-drawn comic books in the 4th grade, flipping cars in my teens and now buying rental properties in my 20's! Real Estate Goals: - Currently, I'm in the first year of investing! I'm looking to learn and scale fast, investing in small multi-family properties, with a goal of obtaining 10 units before March of 2021. (Currently sitting at 4 units, six to go!) - Long term, I'm looking to replace military income with cash flow and other business investments.
